My wife and I are so pleased with the COSORI 5 Qt Air Fryer. It put the fun back into cooking! It's the ideal size for a couple. Besides looking great - it can cook at 450 degrees - more than most air fryers. It also came with a 2 year warranty. It has 7 presets, ability to preheat, and a shake option. It doesn't consume much countertop space - its only 10 inches wide. It sits next to our stove. Additionally, we have a 12 inch wide butcher block cutting board that sits on our electric glass top stove. When we use the air fryer we place it on the butcher block cutting board under the exhaust hood to eliminate smelling up the entire house. And if we are also using our oven - the hot stove top does not affect the rubber feet on the air fryer. It did require researching recipe cooking times & temperatures along with a few trial and errors - then recording what really works on note files on our iphones for future reference. Research showed that some additional accessories also need to be purchased to get the most out of the air fryer. The basket dimensions of the 5 qt air fryer are 8.6 in x 8.6 in. We opted not to purchase their accessory pack - but instead purchased what we thought were better choices. Here is a list of the accessories we purchased: Soleader Plate Gripper (set of 2), Casaware 7 inch Ceramic Nonstick Pan, Dowan Ramekins 8 oz (set of 6), The Sweet Baker Professional Silicon Baking Cups (set of 12), and P & P Chef 7.5 in round racks (set of 2). Things we have done thus far with great success: chicken wings, drumsticks, thighs, steak, toast, fried pickles, eggs, pizza, tater tots, french fries, french toast, and baked potatoes. My favorite breakfast, poached egg on toast: crack 1 egg into a silicon muffin form (with a hint of avacado oil wiped around), cook for 6 min at 380 (no preheat) - and add toast after 3 min - just too easy. Cleanup after air fryer use has been very easy, a hot water spray and sometimes a bit of dishwasher soap.
